Sketches from my recent trip to Cyprus. I stayed predominantly in Paphos, which has several archaeological sites, as well as a nearby monastery and nature trail in a gorge - which I visited. We chose to celebrate our wedding on 9th May - Europe Day 2026 because Europe is what brought us together: We met at the European Commission in Munich’s “Zamanand” (voter mobilisation) festival - just before the EU Elections in 2024. The kitties were less thrilled by this idea, and it proved to be practically impossible to get them both to look at the camera at the same time - but we still got some nice shots!
